We’re looking for a well-spoken (especially in Arabic), tech-savvy executive who knows how to meet the demands of our growing company.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by advertising solutions on a continuous basis.
• Develop new sales leads to grow an existing market
• Build relationships by performing sales calls, customer service call and site visits
• Manage, service and support existing clients while generating additional new business requirements
• Keep prospective client database updated
• Support in writing new business proposals
• Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company
• Work with senior management to develop sales & marketing collateral. Assist in achieving stated revenue goals and profitability
• Maintain client database and ensure all leads are booked
• Prepares reports & proposals by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure that client requirements are met
• Ensure information confidentiality

Competencies and Skills Required
• Excellent written and verbal communication ( both in Arabic and English)
• Must possess strong customer service skills
• Must be able to create good presentations
• Must be detail oriented and an active listener
• The applicant should have at least two plus years of outside sales experience in IT industry.
• Must be in UAE driving License.
