The Digital Marketing Associate will contribute to the realization of the marketing vision of improving customer experience by identifying, developing and coordinating the implementation of next generation customer engagement solutions of Lilly in partnership with cross functional teams.

Main Responsibilities/accountability

Digital Marketing
Own and execute assigned tasks and projects to drive the Saudi Affiliate digital channel strategy.
Be an effective influencer and team-worker in collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Sales and IT to develop and execute digital brand strategies that meet customer demands.
Support 100% implementation of committed plans/programs across Brands.
Support Digital Marketing Team in preparation of monthly reviews and driving execution of the meeting minutes.
Manage and build connection with digital channel vendors particularly with SOA partners.
Understand brands marketing strategies and integrate the digital component into brands tactics.
Collaborate and align with Brand Managers to ensure full compliance with all external and internal policies, rules, and guidelines related to e-channel marketing.
Collaborate and align with Sales Operation team to ensure quality of execution in line with agreed processes and communication paths when involving the sales force in the promotion, recruiting or execution of e-channel marketing programs.
Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of digital channel programs and develop a deep understanding of digital channel preferences to help improve execution and promotion mix selection.
Support in building an integrated multi-channel approach to customer engagement.
Establish compliant, secure, efficient, best in industry digital marketing capabilities via collaboration with internal and external partners.

Clinical Pharmacists’ Programs and Solutions
Work with cross functional team, organize and execute clinical pharmacists programs (national level) prepared by cross functional teams to support unmet need of this key player in Saudi Arabia.
Improve governance of clinical pharmacists meeting by working closely with cross functional teams and partnering with key SOAs such as Saudi Pharmaceutical Society.

Professional Development
Keep up to date on trainings for professional development
Ensure myPM objectives are completed in line with company process
Understanding and adherence to all company policies and procedures

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor pharmacy /PharmD or relevant Degree (example: Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science)
MBA is desired

Core

Knowledge and Experience:
Minimum 1 year of working experience
Ability to work cross functionally internally and externally with key stakeholders to maximize brand outcomes

Desirable
In depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, customer programs and promotional channels
Experience of digital marketing (may include short term assignment in marketing)
In depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (examples including e-Peer 2 Peer, Source Of Authorities, Emails, Veeva Approved Emails… etc.)

Skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Strong MS Excel skills/capabilities; comfortable using different formulas and knowing when to use them in order to solve problems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with strict deadlines and under pressure
Excellent command of English and Arabic language
High learning agility and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work effectively and deliver results within complex, changing environment

Other Role Requirements
Must be legally allowed to work in KSA
