Min. 2-3 experience in administration role in Qatar with current transferable visa.
Has the ability to Multi-task
Working under pressure.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Greets office visitors and directs them to right persons
Answers general queries over the phone or via email
Refers phone or email queries to appropriate persons
Takes and delivers messages on behalf of staff
Maintains an updated directory for staff and frequently contacted outside parties
Receives and sorts incoming mail and distribute to appropriate persons
Assists in scheduling candidates welcome them when coming for Interviews.
Ensures availability of office stationery stock and contact suppliers for replenishments
Assists in travel arrangements for the team (such as visa issuance, flight and hotel booking)
Books conference room as per needed by staff
Performs general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing etc.
Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
Schedules and oversees any office maintenance activities
Responsible for Trade license renewal on timely manner with no expired documents
Responsible for license renewal of company cars.
Responsible for arranging business trips from internal/external customer
Follow up on visa processes with our PRO
Responsible for checking vechiles’ penalties and updating HR.
ISO Surveillance Audit champion
Follow up business cards printing, dairies, uniform tailoring.
When needed arrange visit visa applications for staff or customers.
