The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an outstanding full life cycle recruiting process: identifying, attracting, and securing high caliber candidates to fulfill current and future business needs within the NAS Network. Furthermore, this role is responsible to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
Define and execute winning strategies for recruitment to fill the hiring targets across our company ensuring excellent candidate experience.
Complete hiring process within defined objectives/KPIs, develop appropriate marketing/hiring strategies, collaborate on the definition of roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle.
Provide strong conceptual and project management skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation in selected projects in the area of talent acquisition
Deploy the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) at a global level to increase brand awareness in the job market and position NAS as an employer of choice
Partner to develop and implement the talent management processes, which include career management, leadership development, succession planning, mobility, and staffing plans.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in similar role.
Prior experience in using Application Tracking system (ATS) and direct recruiting through social media platforms
Effective communication, interpersonal skills and timely decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
