We are looking for an experienced and driven Planning Engineer with a wealth of industry knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a sound knowledge in scheduling techniques, sequence of works, project monitoring and reporting.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Planner Engineer, you will perform the following duties:
– Set and maintain the Enterprise Project Structure (EPS) and Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) of the company
– Review of the project specifications and drawings and define the activities list and the critical project milestones and deliverables
– Identify the sequence of work / logic and create the project schedule
– Resources loading and budgeting
– Monitor day-to-day work progress and update the project schedule
– Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports (S-curves, monitoring resources, progress weights comparison) and swiftly communicate potential progress delays or project slippages
– Perform the time and cost control
QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in Engineering
3 years of experience as a planning engineer in relevant projects
Strong knowledge in scheduling techniques (CPM, PERT, etc.)
Proficient in using scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project)
Capable of working under pressure to meet the deadlines
