Duties & Responsibilities
Strong administration skills – organized, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
Process listings and contracts
Answer phone calls and assist with email enquiries
General administrative duties
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate well at all levels.
Ability to build relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus.
The successful applicant will need
Experienced in CRM
Prior experience in administration and diary management is essential for this role
A driven, positive ‘can do’ attitude
Someone with high energy and great sense of humor
Well groomed presentation, pleasant manner & proactive approach
Works competently and well under pressure
Impeccable communication, both written and verbal skills
Great organizational and time management skill (including ability to prioritize)
