Key Tasks:

Ø Maintain good Relation with Government offices e.g. Labor office, Chamber of commerce etc.

Ø Should be aware of the Government laws and Regulation.

Ø Staff work permit, Iqama Renewal, Exit-Entry for vacation should be follow-up continuously.

Ø Ensure all Mall licenses should be follow-up for renewal.

Ø Ensure proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained.

Ø Staff Health insurance should be follow-up continuously.

Ø Provide any Medical service in an Emergency scenario to the staff.

Ø New recruitment should be follow-up with the Mall manager and the Head office.

Ø Have a proper Communication Channel with the Mall manager and then with Head office.

Ø All staff should follow the process of attendance.

Ø Evaluate and record attendance of the staff performance.

Ø Create a Recognition plan for the staff on monthly, annually basis.

Ø Create a Socialize plan for the staff to boost their moral.

Ø Provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options.

Ø The Tenant should follow only approved plan and regulation as per Mall Manager.

Ø Staff Accommodation should be kept under supervision for any issue raise.

Ø Schedule the staff Vacation Holidays with the approval of the Mall Manager.

Ø All the staff should be well groomed, good hygienic, uniform should be clean and maintain good body language.

Ø Maintain Promote the Rules & Regulation of the faculty set by company and keep logo “ONE TEAM”.

Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget.

Ø Supervise the revision of rules, regulations, and procedures to meet changes in law and policy.

Ø Select and assign staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion.

Ø Maintain records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.

Ø Identify staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.

Ø Note: This is not an all-inclusive list for your duty scope. Additional duties may be assigned by your superior within the scope.

Ø Coordinate with governmental relation and charities for events in mall premises.

Ø Negotiate with outside companies, agencies, for event changes as per the location and festivals or peak season in mall premises.

Ø Coordinate and provide all necessary details to outside companies and agencies who come for advertisements inside the mall.

Ø Check all the necessary items needed in workshops like maintenance of printing machine, printer machine ink, Banner rollers etc.

Ø Follow- up all activities in marketing departments and arrange all necessary things needed.
